On January 6, 2021 (Wednesday) at 09:30 Bulgarian time, the CEO of Smart Solar Turkey and President of GENSED (Turkish Solar Industry Association) Halil Demirdag and the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Turkey Fatih Dönmez will open an online seminar to discuss the latest changes in Turkish legislation for hybrid plants and overcoming problems with the administration and permitting regimes in Turkey. The purpose of the forum is to bring together representatives of the Turkish government and private business for an active dialogue. In the course of the seminar, Halil Demirdag will give a lecture on "The future of solar energy and hybrid plants". The seminar is the first such forum organized by GENSED. The ambition of the Association, as well as of the Government of Turkey, is to strengthen joint cooperation to stimulate the development of the solar industry in the country and the production of electricity from renewable energy sources.
