Photovoltaic plant - Bulgaria - Knezha 1,175MW

The photovoltaic power plant was completed in 2020 in the city of Knezha. The panels are placed on the roofs of agricultural buildings. This change also has an aesthetic value – it creates a modern, contemporary look to buildings that, in the mass case, were built decades ago and are in very poor condition. The installed capacity is 1175 MWp. 3,672 Phono solar panels, 320 Mono PERC produced by Smart Energy, as well as 10 Huawei inventors, model KTL 100 and 2 KTL 60 are installed. The photovoltaic power plant must cover its own needs, and the surplus is sold on the free market.
