Smart Solar Technologies (Member of Smart Energy) put into operation the 1st stage of its newest factory (3rd in a row for the production of photovoltaic modules and first for the production of photovoltaic cells) in the city of Izmir, R. Turkey, which is located on an area of 37,000 m2.
The first assembly line for the production of photovoltaic modules has a capacity of 600 MW/year, which will reach 1200 MW/year by the end of the year. The production of photovoltaic cells will start in September 2023 with a production capacity of 500MW, and by the end of 2024 it will reach 1700MW/year.
